How to use it
- Fasten it into your underwear with the poppers.
- Wear it like any other pad — change when you feel the need.
- Rinse briefly in cold water once you take it off.
- Machine wash at 40°C and line dry. It's dry by the next day.
Don't use fabric softener or bleach — both reduce absorbency. Do not tumble dry.
Material
The absorbent core sits between a soft inner layer against the skin and a waterproof outer layer. The fabric is breathable and has no added fragrance.
How many do you need?
It depends how often you change and how often you do laundry. A common set is three to five: one on, one in the wash and one in the drawer. If you change several times a day, scale up accordingly.

Frequently asked questions
How long does one pad last?
That depends entirely on how much you leak. Some people manage with one a day, others change several times. If your needs are heavier, try it at home for a day before relying on it for a longer outing.
Is it visible under clothing?
It's thicker than a panty liner and thinner than a nappy. Under ordinary trousers or a skirt it normally doesn't show, though the outline may be visible under very thin or close-fitting garments.
How do I wash it?
Rinse in cold water straight after use, then machine wash at 40°C with the rest of your laundry. Skip the fabric softener — it coats the fibres and makes the material less absorbent over time. Line dry; don't tumble dry.
Does it smell?
Rinse it in cold water as soon as you take it off and odour won't set into the fabric. If a smell lingers after washing, soak it in water with a little vinegar before the next wash. The pad isn't perfumed, so it doesn't mask odour — it stays clean.
How many should I order?
Three to five works for most people — one on, one in the wash, one spare. If you change several times a day, you'll want more.
Can I use it overnight?
It's designed primarily for daytime use. For nights it depends on your needs — try it at home for a night before relying on it.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Every order ships in plain outer packaging with no visible product name or description of the contents.

Email kund@kvalio.se with your order number within 14 days of receiving your parcel, and we'll send you return instructions. You're welcome to open the packaging and examine the product just as you would in a shop. If it has been handled beyond that, we may deduct for any reduction in value.
You cover the cost of return shipping. As soon as the parcel reaches us, your money is back on the same payment method within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, products with a broken seal cannot be returned, and the same applies to special orders.
