Why a patch rather than a tablet
Applying a patch takes ten seconds, but does something a tablet doesn't: it draws a line across the evening.

What this is — and isn't
SleepWell does not contain melatonin and is not a sleeping aid. It's a herbal evening product you apply to the skin.
What you notice first and most clearly is the scent and the act itself — the evening getting an ending. That's a real thing, and it's what most people come back for.
If you lie awake every night, wake from pauses in your breathing, or feel exhausted despite eight hours' sleep, there's a cause a patch won't reach. Book an appointment with a doctor. Sleep apnoea and depression are both common and both treatable.
How to use it
- Wash and dry the skin where the patch will sit.
- Apply one patch — arm, neck, stomach, thigh or sole of the foot all work.
- Do it 30 minutes before bed. Use that time to put the phone away.
- Remove it in the morning and change position the next night.
One patch is enough. Rotate the placement between nights so the adhesive isn't on the same patch of skin night after night.
Worth knowing
Don't use this product if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, and not with children or adolescents. Valerian and hops aren't recommended in any of these groups.
If you take sedatives, sleeping tablets, antidepressants or other prescription medicines, check with a doctor or pharmacist first. Don't combine with alcohol.
Apply the first patch to a small area of skin and wait a day if you have sensitive skin or have reacted to plaster adhesive before. Don't use it on broken or irritated skin.

Does it contain melatonin?
No. Melatonin is classed as a medicine in Sweden and sold through pharmacies. SleepWell is a herbal product with lavender, valerian and hops.
Where should I put the patch?
Arm, neck, stomach, thigh or the sole of the foot all work. Do rotate the placement between nights so the adhesive isn't on the same spot night after night.
Does it stay on all night?
Yes, it's made to come with you as you turn over. Take it off before your morning shower.
Can I use several at once?
We recommend one patch per night. More doesn't produce a clearer effect and only raises the chance of skin irritation from the adhesive.
Can I use it alongside my medication?
Ask a doctor or pharmacist first, particularly if you take sedatives, sleeping tablets or antidepressants. Valerian can add to the effect of sedating medicines, and pharmacy staff can see your whole medication list.
What does it smell like?
Distinctly of lavender, with a herbal undertone from the valerian and hops. The scent is strongest in the first few minutes after application and then fades.

Email kund@kvalio.se with your order number within 14 days of receiving your parcel, and we'll send you return instructions. You're welcome to open the packaging and examine the product just as you would in a shop. If it has been handled beyond that, we may deduct for any reduction in value.
