Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

We want you to feel secure with your purchase from us. Below you will find information about the right of withdrawal, returns and refunds according to current legislation in Sweden and Norway.

Cancellation

We process orders quickly. If your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot stop the delivery.

However, you always have the right to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods. In this case, you return the product according to our return terms.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are shopping as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the goods.

The right of withdrawal applies according to:

  • Swedish Distance Contracts Act

  • Norwegian right of withdrawal law

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt via email to kund@kvalio.se and provide your order number.

The right of withdrawal is considered exercised in time if your message has been sent to us within 14 days of receipt, regardless of when we respond.

After you notify us, you have another 14 days to return the item.

Condition of returned goods

You have the right to examine the product to the extent necessary to determine its characteristics and function, in the same way as in a physical store.

If the item has been used more than necessary, we have the right to make deductions for any loss in value.

If possible, the product should be returned in its original packaging and well packaged.

Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons if the seal has been broken may be exempt from the right of withdrawal.

How to make a return

  1. Email kund@kvalio.se and enter your order number. You can also use the form below.

  2. Return the item within 14 days of notifying us.

  3. Use trackable shipping and save your delivery receipt. Share the tracking code with us so we know the return has been shipped.

  4. The return must be sent with all fees prepaid and include any costs such as customs duties and VAT where applicable. We are unable to redeem shipments with unpaid fees or COD, and such shipments will be automatically returned to the sender.

  5. Ensure, in coordination with your postal agent, that the shipment is correctly labeled and handled in accordance with applicable regulations. If a returned package contains batteries classified as dangerous goods, the shipment must be clearly labeled out of consideration for the safety of the distributor’s and our personnel.

Return cost

You as the customer are responsible for return shipping, including any customs fees and taxes, unless otherwise agreed.

In the event of an approved complaint or incorrect delivery, we are responsible for the return shipping.

Refund

We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal .

We have the right to wait for the refund until we have received the goods or proof that they have been sent back.

Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

It may take a few banking days before the amount appears in your account.

If the entire order is returned, any standard shipping costs will also be refunded. Additional costs for express shipping will not be refunded.

Payment with Klarna

If you have chosen to pay with Klarna, we recommend that you register your return in the Klarna app or via klarna.com to pause your invoice while the return is processed.

Once we have registered the return, Klarna will update your payment or issue a refund.

Please note that we cannot pause or change a Klarna invoice – this is handled directly through Klarna.

Complaint

Sweden

According to the Consumer Sales Act, you have the right to complain about a faulty product within 3 years from the date of purchase.

Norway

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have the right to complain within 2 years , or up to 5 years if the product is intended to last significantly longer.

In case of a complaint, you must contact us within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. Contact us at kund@kvalio.se and attach pictures and order number, and we will help you further.
