How long does delivery take?

Our delivery usually takes 8-12 working days. In case of high demand for products, it can extend to 20 working days. Therefore, we ask you to be patient and not to be worried about longer delivery times. If you have any questions, you can contact us at kund@kvalio.se

I have placed an order but have not received an order confirmation – what do I do?

The order confirmation will be automatically sent to your email shortly after your purchase. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find it. If you still do not receive an email, please contact our customer service and we will help you find your order.

A common reason is an incorrectly specified email address when ordering.

It says my package is "returned" when I track it - what does that mean?

If it says the package has been returned, it often means that the shipping company has changed systems or that the tracking link is incorrect . It does not mean that you missed picking up the package. We have full control and always send out a new tracking number if necessary.

My product is not working – what should I do?

First double check that everything is installed correctly – read the instructions that come with the product. If the problem persists, please contact us with a picture or video and we will investigate the matter immediately and help you further.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We will start processing your order immediately after it has been placed. You have the option to cancel or change your order within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting us at kund@kvalio.se. After this time, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made as the order may have already been sent to our supplier for processing.

However, you can always return the product after you receive it.

How do returns and exchanges work?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To initiate a return, please:

1. Contact us at kund@kvalio.se with your order number and reason for the return.

2. Wait for our response with return instructions and return label.

3. Return the item in its original packaging and in unused condition.

Please note that for hygiene reasons some products cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened. For exchanges we recommend that you return the item and place a new order, as this is the fastest way to receive the correct product.

What do I do if my order has not arrived within the specified delivery time?

If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery time of 8-12 business days, please follow these steps:

1. Check the tracking information via the link in your confirmation email.

2. Check if the package has been left with a delivery agent or neighbor.

If you still can't find your order, contact us at kund@kvalio.se with your order number and tracking number.

We will investigate the status of your order with our supplier.

Is it possible to choose express shipping?

We do not currently offer express shipping as our products are shipped directly from our various suppliers. This is part of our business model which helps us keep our prices low. If you need a product by a specific date, we recommend that you place your order well in advance, taking into account the stated delivery time of 8-12 working days.

How are warranty issues handled?

If you discover a fault with your product:

1. Take pictures that clearly show the error.

2. Contact us at kund@kvalio.se with your order number, description of the error and attach the pictures.

3. Wait for our response with further instructions.

We handle all warranty cases in collaboration with our suppliers and strive to resolve the case as quickly as possible, usually within 5-7 business days.
