How TENS works

How to use it
- Clean and dry the skin where the gel pad will be placed.
- Attach the gel pad to the device and position it on the desired area.
- Start at the lowest intensity and gradually increase until the stimulation feels clear but comfortable.
- Use for 20–30 minutes per session and take a break between sessions.
- Switch the device off before removing or repositioning it. Return the gel pad to its protective film after use.
The stimulation may feel like tingling or gentle pulses. It should not be painful. Stop use if you experience skin irritation, increased pain or other discomfort.

Do not use the device if you have a pacemaker, ICD or other implanted electronic equipment.
Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have heart problems or an arrhythmia, epilepsy, are pregnant, have a known blood clot/deep vein thrombosis, or have pain whose cause has not been assessed.
Do not place the electrode on the front or sides of the neck, on the head or near the eyes, on damaged or infected skin, or in a position that causes electrical stimulation to pass across the chest. Do not use in the bath or shower, while driving or while operating machinery.
The gel pads
Gel pads are consumable items. Skin oils, lotion and sweat reduce adhesion over time. Clean and dry the skin before use and return the pad to its protective film afterwards. Replace the pad when it no longer adheres properly.
