NeuroEase Joint Gel is a cooling gel with peppermint oil in a roll-on format. Roll it straight on — the cooling arrives within seconds and your hands stay clean.
Roll it on and get on with your day
A jar means taking off the lid, dosing with your fingers, massaging it in and then washing your hands. At work it doesn't happen. In the car it definitely doesn't happen.
A roll-on takes ten seconds. You lift your top, roll it across your neck or shoulder, and carry on with what you were doing. It lives in a bag, a glovebox or a desk drawer — which is why it actually gets used.
The cooling arrives within seconds
Peppermint oil contains menthol, and menthol triggers the skin's cold receptors. That's why the area feels cool almost immediately, without the temperature actually dropping.
The sensation lingers for a while after application and then fades gradually. It's the same principle as an ice pack, in pocket format and with nothing needing to sit in the freezer.

Peppermint oil
Provides the cooling sensation. The menthol is what you notice straight away. -
Glucosamine
One of the most recognised ingredients in joint care. -
Chondroitin sulphate
Traditionally combined with glucosamine in the same products. -
Frankincense
Resin from the boswellia tree, used in herbal tradition for thousands of years.
How to use it
- Roll across the area in two or three passes on clean, dry skin.
- Massage in lightly with your palm if you like, or leave it as it is.
- Let it absorb for a minute before putting clothes on.
- Use 2–3 times daily as needed.
Wash your hands afterwards if you've massaged the gel in — menthol stings considerably if it reaches the eyes. Avoid mucous membranes and broken skin, and patch-test before first use.

Frequently asked questions
How cold does it feel?
A distinct but pleasant coolness. It arrives within a few seconds, is strongest for the first few minutes and then fades gradually. On freshly washed skin it feels especially clear.
Is it messy?
No. The gel absorbs, and the roll-on ball means you never touch the product. Give it a minute before putting clothes on.
Does it smell strong?
It smells of peppermint, strongest in the first few minutes. It fades quickly after that — most people notice nothing after a quarter of an hour.
Can I use it at work?
It's one of the most common uses. The roll-on format means you can apply it in the clothes you're wearing, and there's nothing to wash off your hands afterwards.
Can I wear it under clothing?
Yes, just let the gel absorb for a minute first. Avoid pulling tight garments straight over the area, as the cooling becomes less noticeable then.
How long does a bottle last?
A couple of passes is enough each time, so 30 ml normally lasts several months with regular use.

Email kund@kvalio.se with your order number within 14 days of receiving your parcel, and we'll send you return instructions. You're welcome to open the packaging and examine the product just as you would in a shop. If it has been handled beyond that, we may deduct for any reduction in value.
You cover the cost of return shipping. As soon as the parcel reaches us, your money is back on the same payment method within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, products with a broken seal cannot be returned, and the same applies to special orders.
