NeckRevive Heated Neck Wrap hangs over the shoulders and stays put by itself. Five heat levels between 40 and 60 °C, three vibration modes and a thirty-minute timer — cordless.
You'll recognise this
It's four in the afternoon. Your shoulders crept up towards your ears at some point during the day without you noticing, and now they're staying there. There's a pull from the neck up into the back of your head.
You roll your shoulders a couple of times. Press a thumb into the sore spot in your neck until your arm tires. It helps for ten seconds.
In the evening you dig out the wheat bag, heat it in the microwave and drape it over your shoulders. It slides off the moment you reach for your coffee, and fifteen minutes later it's cold.
It stays put
That's the whole difference. NeckRevive is shaped to the contour of the shoulders and hangs in place without you holding it. You can lean forward, stand up, walk into the kitchen and sit back down — it comes with you.
And it doesn't go cold. A wheat bag loses its heat after fifteen minutes; this holds the same temperature for thirty and then switches itself off.
No cable either. Which means you're not stuck in the corner of the sofa nearest the socket, but can wear it wherever you happen to be in the house.

The display shows the temperature as a number, so you don't have to guess which level you're on. That sounds minor, but it's the difference between finding your way back to your setting and fumbling for it every time.

How to use it
- Charge the unit over Type-C before first use. A full charge takes around three hours.
- Drape it over your shoulders with the control panel at the front and the heated side against your neck.
- Start on level one and build up to whatever feels right.
- Let the timer run out — thirty minutes, then it switches off by itself.
- Take it off and let the skin cool before another session.
The unit can't be used while charging. That's by design and applies to most battery-powered heating products — unplug the cable first and it starts as normal.
Worth knowing
If you have reduced sensation in the neck or shoulders — through nerve involvement or diabetic neuropathy — don't use the heat function without checking with a doctor, since you won't notice when the heat becomes too hot.
Don't fall asleep wearing it, and don't use it on broken skin or a rash. Neck pain following an accident, pain radiating into the arm, numbness or dizziness should be assessed by a doctor first.

It won't start while charging — is it broken?
No. The unit can't be used while charging, which is by design and applies to most battery-powered heating products. Unplug the cable and it starts as normal.
Does it slide off when I move?
No, it's shaped to the contour of the shoulders and has a non-slip inner surface. That's precisely what separates it from a wheat bag or hot water bottle — you can lean forward and stand up without it shifting.
Which heat level should I choose?
Start on level one, so 40 degrees. Most people settle on level two or three — 45 to 50 degrees is distinct but comfortable warmth. The highest levels are there for anyone who wants it properly hot.
How long does the battery last?
Around three thirty-minute sessions per charge, depending on the heat level you run. Charging takes about three hours over Type-C — the same cable as most phones.
Can I wear it over clothing?
It works, but the heat is most noticeable against bare skin or a thin layer of fabric. Through a thick jumper some of the warmth is lost — go up a level and it evens out.
Can several people share it?
Yes. The shape suits most adults, and the display makes it easy to return to your own setting. Wipe the inside between uses.

Email kund@kvalio.se with your order number within 14 days of receiving your parcel, and we'll send you return instructions. You're welcome to open the packaging and examine the product just as you would in a shop. If it has been handled beyond that, we may deduct for any reduction in value.
