Twenty minutes without doing anything
Your feet carry you all day and usually get the least attention. Massaging them yourself works for a while — then your thumbs get tired, your back complains about leaning forward and the heel is still difficult to reach properly.
MyCare Foot Massager asks almost nothing of you. Put your feet in, choose a program with the remote control and sit back while the device works with kneading, heat and vibration.
The adjustable angle is what makes the biggest difference
Many foot massagers sit flat on the floor and assume you are sitting fairly upright with your legs straight in front of you. If that position does not suit you, the device can quickly end up unused.
MyCare has an adjustable angle. That means you can adapt it to the way you actually sit — upright in a chair, reclined in an armchair or semi-reclined in bed.
It sounds like a small detail, but it makes a major difference in everyday use, especially if your back or hips feel stiff or you simply want to relax properly during the session.
- Feet, ankles and calves in the same session – not just the soles.
- 6 programs – preset combinations of kneading, heat and vibration.
- 6 intensity levels – from gentler massage to stronger kneading.
- Adjustable angle – works upright, reclined or semi-reclined.
- Remote control – change programs without bending down.
- Heat as a separate function – use heat on its own when that is all you want.
Three functions that feel different
Kneading provides the most noticeable pressure and works upward against the sole.
Heat gives an even, comfortable warming sensation around the foot and can be used separately from massage.
Vibration feels milder than kneading and works across a broader area at the same time.
The six preset programs combine these functions in different ways, while six intensity levels make it easy to find a setting that feels right.
How to use it
- Place the device on a flat surface and adjust the angle to suit the chair or bed you are using.
- Put your feet in. Thin socks can soften the pressure slightly during the first few sessions.
- Start at level one and increase gradually.
- Use for 15–20 minutes per session.
- Wipe the inside with a lightly damp cloth when needed.
The angle matters. If the device sits incorrectly against your legs, the kneading will work on the wrong part of the foot, so take a moment to adjust it properly at the start.
When it is most useful
- After a long day on your feet – when your feet and calves feel tired.
- After walks – as part of an evening routine.
- After long periods of sitting – when the legs feel stiff from staying in one position.
- In the evening – when you want warmth without massaging your feet yourself.
- As a gift – the remote control and adjustable angle make it easy to use even for someone who finds bending down difficult.
MyCare or MassageCare?
MyCare has an adjustable angle and six programs. Choose it if you want to use the massager in an armchair or bed, or if you value having more settings.
MassageCare instead uses air compression around the foot and accommodates larger foot sizes. It is the better choice if compression is your main priority.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use it in bed?
Yes. That is one of the main benefits of the adjustable angle. Semi-reclining with pillows behind your back works well — adjust the device so it meets your feet where they naturally rest.
How strong is the pressure?
The kneading provides noticeable pressure against the sole. Start at level one and increase gradually. Thin socks can soften the sensation further while you get used to it.
Can I use heat on its own?
Yes. Heat can be used separately from kneading and vibration.
Which program should I start with?
Try the programs at the lowest intensity the first time. Most people quickly find one or two favourites that they keep returning to.
Is it noisy?
The kneading mechanism produces a steady mechanical sound. It is perfectly usable while watching TV, but it is not completely silent.
Does it make a good gift?
Yes. The adjustable angle and remote control make it easy to use even for someone who does not want to, or cannot easily, bend down toward the device.
