MassageCare Foot Massager works on feet, ankles and calves at once — with rolling massage, air compression and heat. You put your feet in, press the remote and sit back.
Twenty minutes in the armchair
Feet are the hardest-working and least looked-after part of the body. They carry you all day, get squeezed into shoes that are rarely perfect, and when you finally sit down the first thing you do is kick them off and put your feet up.
Massaging them yourself works for a while. Then your thumbs tire, your back objects to sitting hunched forward, and you still can't properly reach the heel.
This machine asks nothing of you. You put your feet in, choose a programme and stay put for twenty minutes.
Three things working at once
The rollers work against the sole from underneath, where a hand never reaches with enough pressure. That's the part you feel most.
The air cushions press around the foot and ankle in cycles — squeeze, hold, release. It's a movement that's hard to imitate by hand, and it reaches the whole foot rather than just the sole.
The heat sits like a warm towel around it all and helps the muscles let go more easily. It can be run on its own if all you want is the warmth.
Covering calves and ankles rather than just the feet is what separates this from a simple foot roller. Calf muscles are tied to how the feet feel, and working only one of them gives you half the result.

Ten kilos is an advantage
It sounds heavy, and it is. But a foot massager has to stay put while the rollers work — a light machine wanders across the floor and you end up chasing it with your feet instead of relaxing.
The handle rotates 360 degrees, so it can still be lifted and moved one-handed. That's the whole point of it weighing something.
How to use it
- Place it on a level floor in front of a chair where you can sit comfortably with your legs straight.
- Put your feet in with socks on if you like — thin socks take the edge off the pressure the first few times.
- Start on the lowest level for both massage and compression. The rollers are firmer than you'd expect.
- Run it for 15–20 minutes, once or twice a day.
- Wipe the inside with a lightly damp cloth now and then.
Sit with your legs reasonably straight in front of you. Sitting too close means the rollers work against the wrong part of the foot, and that's the most common reason someone finds the pressure sits oddly.
When it earns its place
-
• After a shift on your feet — healthcare, retail, hospitality, hairdressing
-
• After a run — feet and calves in the same session
-
• After a day in town — or a hike, or the garden
-
• In front of the TV — as a regular routine rather than a one-off
-
• As a gift — for someone who's on their feet all day
Worth knowing
If you have diabetes with reduced sensation in the feet, poor circulation, a known blood clot, or have recently had surgery on a leg or foot, check with a doctor before starting. The same applies during pregnancy.
Don't use it over wounds, rashes or swollen, tender calves, and don't fall asleep with your feet inside. Stop if you feel pain, numbness or discomfort.

Frequently asked questions
Will large feet fit?
Yes, up to a size 50. It's worth checking on any foot massager — plenty of models stop at 45, which makes the machine unusable for a large part of the household.
How firm is the pressure?
The rollers work with real pressure against the sole — start on the lowest level the first time. Thin socks take the edge off while you get used to it.
Can I use it without the heat?
Yes, the functions run independently. In summer plenty of people choose massage and compression without heat.
Isn't ten kilos rather heavy?
The weight is deliberate — a lighter machine slides across the floor while the rollers work. The handle rotates 360 degrees, so it can still be lifted and moved with one hand.
Is it noisy?
The rollers and the air pump make a steady mechanical sound. It's perfectly usable in front of the TV, but it isn't a silent machine.
Can several people in the household use it?
Yes, and that's often how it gets used. Wipe the inside between uses, and have everyone read the "worth knowing" section — circulation and diabetes are individual matters.
