Adjustable knee support for everyday use and activity

Holdex Knee Support wraps around the knee joint and provides adjustable compression when you want extra support for everyday activities, work or exercise.

The SLS dial lets you adjust the fit and compression without straps or Velcro. The integrated gel pad provides support around the kneecap and helps keep the support securely positioned around the knee.

How Holdex works

The knee support combines compression around the knee joint with an integrated gel pad around the kneecap. The SLS system allows you to fine-tune how snugly the support fits.

How to put it on

Pull the support over your leg and position the gel pad centrally around the kneecap.
Bend your knee slightly and check that the support is positioned correctly and comfortably.
Adjust the SLS dial until the support feels secure without being overly tight.
Bend and straighten your knee a few times and readjust if necessary.

Start with light to moderate tension the first few times you use it. Then adjust gradually until the support feels secure and comfortable.

If you experience numbness, tingling, swelling or coldness in your foot, the support is too tight. Reduce the tension or remove the support.

Care

Wipe the support when needed and follow the washing instructions on the product label. Allow it to air dry and avoid tumble drying and direct heat.

How do I adjust the knee support?

The fit and compression are adjusted using the SLS dial. Start with light tension and gradually adjust until the support feels secure and comfortable.

Can I exercise while wearing it?

The knee support is designed for both everyday use and physical activity. While wearing it, make sure it remains comfortable and does not cause numbness, tingling or other noticeable discomfort.

Does it fit both the left and right knee?

Yes. The same Holdex knee support can be used on either the left or right knee.

How tight should it be?

The support should feel secure but comfortable. Start with light to moderate tension and adjust as needed.

Reduce the tension or remove the support if you experience numbness, tingling, swelling or coldness in your foot.

Can I sleep while wearing it?

The knee support is intended for use while you are awake and should be removed before sleeping.

Do I need one or two?

Each package contains one knee support that can be used on either the left or right knee.

How long is the delivery time?

We dispatch your order within 2 business days, and transit then takes around 9 days. The exact delivery date is shown on the product page when you place your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We will start processing your order immediately after it has been placed. You have the option to cancel or change your order within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting us at kund@kvalio.se. After this time, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made as the order may have already been sent to our supplier for processing.

However, you can always return the product after you receive it.

How do returns and exchanges work?

We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your item. To initiate a return, please:

1. Contact us at kund@kvalio.se with your order number and reason for the return.

2. Follow the return instructions on our website and ensure you use the correct address and pay any applicable fees before sending the item back.

3. Return the item in its original packaging and in unused condition.

Please note that some products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened. For exchanges, we recommend that you return the item and place a new order, as this is the fastest way to get the correct product.

What do I do if my order has not arrived within the specified delivery time?

If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery time, please follow these steps:

1. Check the tracking information via the link in your confirmation email.

2. Check if the package has been left with a delivery agent or neighbor.
