The wrist does the most work and gets the least care
Eight hours at a keyboard. A day with a drill. The till, the scissors, the steering wheel, the phone. The wrist repeats the same movement thousands of times a day without anyone giving it a thought.
And when it finally makes itself known, it's awkward to do anything about. You can't wear a heat pad on your wrist while you work, and stopping for twenty minutes mid-shift is rarely an option.
That's where this wrap differs from every other heated product we stock: it sits on the forearm and leaves the hand free. You can type, hold something and carry on with what you were doing — while the heat works.
Five levels between 38 and 48 degrees
The heat is infrared and adjustable across five steps between 38 and 48 degrees. The lowest levels, 38 to 40 degrees, are body-close warmth that stays comfortable over a long session — rather like a warm towel.
The higher levels, 42 to 48 degrees, are the range typically used when you want more pronounced warmth. Start on level one the first time regardless, and build up to whatever feels right.
The vibration massage has three modes and works on the forearm muscles, which are what actually control the hand. It runs alongside the heat or on its own.

How to use it
- Charge the wrap over Type-C before first use.
- Strap it on around the wrist with the control panel on top. The fastening means it fits either hand.
- Start on level one and see how it feels before increasing.
- Let the timer run out — thirty minutes is enough and it switches off by itself.
- Take it off and let the skin cool before another session.
The wrap should sit against the forearm, not pull tight across the wrist. Too tight and the heat feels uneven and movement is restricted.
Worth knowing
If you have reduced sensation in the hand — through diabetic neuropathy or nerve involvement — don't use the heat function without checking with a doctor, since you won't notice when the heat becomes too hot.
Numbness or tingling in the fingers, weakness in your grip, or symptoms that wake you at night should be assessed by a doctor — there are wrist conditions that respond to treatment, and early assessment makes a difference. Don't fall asleep wearing it.

Can I really work with it on?
Yes, and that's what sets it apart from other heated products. The wrap sits on the forearm and leaves the hand and fingers free — you can type, hold a cup or use your phone during a session.
Which heat level should I choose?
Start on level one. The lowest levels, 38–40 degrees, stay comfortable over a long session. 42–48 degrees is the range typically used when you want more pronounced warmth — build up gradually and find what suits you.
Will it fit my hand?
The fastening is adjustable and the wrap fits both left and right wrists. You don't need to choose a hand when ordering, and two people in a household can share it.
How long does the battery last?
1800 mAh covers around three thirty-minute sessions, depending on the heat level you run. Charging takes about three hours over Type-C — the same cable as most phones.
What do LL and HH mean on the display?
"LL" shows while the wrap is charging and "HH" when it's fully charged. During use the display shows your selected temperature and vibration mode instead.
Can I wear it over a sleeve?
It works, but the heat is most noticeable against bare skin or a thin layer of fabric. Through a thick jumper sleeve, much of the warmth is lost.

Email kund@kvalio.se with your order number within 14 days of receiving your parcel, and we'll send you return instructions. You're welcome to open the packaging and examine the product just as you would in a shop. If it has been handled beyond that, we may deduct for any reduction in value.
You cover the cost of return shipping. As soon as the parcel reaches us, your money is back on the same payment method within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, products with a broken seal cannot be returned, and the same applies to special orders.
