A return may be approved if you contact us within 30 days of receipt and the item is returned in substantially unchanged condition. If the item has been used or handled beyond what is needed to inspect it, a deduction for diminished value may be made or the return refused.

How long is the delivery time?

Can I change or cancel my order?
We will start processing your order immediately after it has been placed. You have the option to cancel or change your order within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting us at kund@kvalio.se. After this time, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made as the order may have already been sent to our supplier for processing.
However, you can always return the product after you receive it.
How do returns and exchanges work?
We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your item. To initiate a return, please:

3. Return the item in its original packaging and in unused condition.
