FriktionsFri Anti-Chafing Stick glides onto the skin where it rubs and leaves a thin, dry film so skin and fabric slide against each other instead of dragging. No mess, no hands to wash.

You know roughly when it happens. Halfway across town on a warm day. Around mile three. After the third song on the dance floor. It begins as warmth on the inside of your thighs and ends with you walking a little wider the whole way home.

FriktionsFri goes on before. That's the whole idea — preventing chafing is easier than putting up with it.
How it works
Chafing happens when skin rubs against skin or fabric, especially when there's moisture involved. The stick lays down a thin film on the surface that lowers friction — the surfaces glide rather than catching and pulling.
It's a mechanical effect, not a chemical one. The film stays until it wears off or is washed away, and needs reapplying across a long day or a long session.

How to use it
- Apply to clean, dry skin before getting dressed.
- Glide across two or three times — you rarely need more.
- Let it settle for a minute before pulling clothing over it.
- Reapply halfway through a long day, or after showering or swimming.
In heat or with heavy sweating the film lasts less time. Take the stick with you if the day is long.
Don't use it on damaged skin
The stick is for preventing chafing, not for treating skin that's already raw, broken or infected. If you have redness that doesn't clear within a few days, or that spreads, weeps or smells, have a doctor look at it. Redness in skin folds is often fungal or bacterial, and that needs treatment an anti-chafing stick can't replace. Patch-test on a small area before first use.

Does it mark clothing?
No, the finish is dry. Let it settle for a minute before dressing and nothing transfers to fabric.
How often do I need to reapply?
Across an ordinary day, one application in the morning is enough for most people. In heat, with heavy sweating, or on a long day, reapply halfway through. After showering or swimming you always need to reapply.
Does it work during exercise?
Yes — it's one of the most common uses, for running, cycling and long walks. On very long sessions or with heavy sweating you may need to reapply en route.
My skin is already red and sore — will it help?
No. The stick prevents chafing on intact skin; it doesn't treat skin that's already taken a beating. Let the area heal first. If the redness doesn't clear within a few days, or gets worse, have a doctor look at it.
Can I use it on my feet?
Yes, on areas where a shoe rubs — the heel, the toes, the top of the foot. Apply to dry skin before putting a sock on.
How long does one stick last?
It depends how large an area you use it on and how often. With daily use on the inner thighs, one stick normally lasts several weeks.

Email kund@kvalio.se with your order number within 14 days of receiving your parcel, and we'll send you return instructions. You're welcome to open the packaging and examine the product just as you would in a shop. If it has been handled beyond that, we may deduct for any reduction in value.
