Airnuv Lite is a contoured memory foam neck pillow with a low profile of approximately 7 cm. It is primarily suited to back sleepers and people who prefer a lower pillow.
The pillow measures 74 × 48 cm and replaces your regular pillow. If you mainly sleep on your side and have broader shoulders, the higher-profile Airnuv Pro may be a better option.
Why the pillow is shaped this way
The raised neck edge supports the neck while the central recess allows the back of the head to rest lower. The memory foam responds to pressure and then gradually returns to its original shape.

The first few nights
A contoured pillow can feel unfamiliar if you are used to a flat pillow. Give yourself a few nights to adjust and pay particular attention to whether the height feels natural for your sleeping position.
Memory foam can feel firmer in a cool room and gradually softens with body heat.
How to position yourself
- Place the pillow with the raised neck edge closest to your shoulders.
- Let your neck rest on the raised edge and the back of your head settle into the recess.
- Keep your shoulders on the mattress rather than on top of the pillow.
- Air the pillow after unpacking if the foam has a mild new-product odour.
Care
Remove the cover and machine wash it at 30 °C, then air dry. Do not machine wash the foam core; spot clean it by hand and avoid bleach and direct heat.

What is the difference between Airnuv Lite and Airnuv Pro?
Lite is approximately 7 cm high and measures 74 × 48 cm. Pro is approximately 12 cm high and measures 59 × 40 cm. Lite is primarily suited to people who prefer a lower pillow or sleep mainly on their back, while Pro provides more height for side sleeping and broader shoulders.
Will a standard pillowcase fit?
The pillow is 74 cm long, so a smaller standard pillowcase may not fit. Use the included cover or a pillowcase designed for longer pillows.
Is it suitable for stomach sleepers?
It is not primarily designed for stomach sleeping. If you mainly sleep on your stomach, a lower and less contoured pillow is usually easier to adapt to that position.
How long does it take to get used to?
This varies. Give the pillow a few nights and focus on whether the height and support feel natural for your sleeping position.
Why does it feel firm at first?
Memory foam responds to temperature and may feel firmer in a cool room. It gradually softens as it warms with body heat.
Can I wash the whole pillow?
No. The cover can be machine washed at 30 °C, but the foam core should not be machine washed. Spot clean it by hand when needed.
