UraFree Absorbent Underwear has the absorbent layer built into the garment. Nothing to attach, nothing that shifts — you put them on like any other underwear and machine wash them.
Nothing to remember
A pad has to be packed, positioned and checked now and then. It works — but it's one more step in the morning and one more thing to think about in a changing room.
UraFree has the protection sewn into the garment. You put on a pair of knickers and that's the end of it. Nothing visible in the gym changing room, nothing that can end up out of place during the day.
How they're built
The gusset holds several layers: a soft inner layer against the skin, an absorbent core, and a waterproof outer layer that stops moisture reaching your trousers. The rest of the garment is ordinary breathable jersey.
How much they hold depends on the style and on how much you leak. Try them at home for a day first, before relying on them for a longer outing.

Choosing a size
Sizes are given in Scandinavian numbering: S (36–38) is roughly UK 8–10, M (40–42) UK 12–14, L (44–46) UK 16–18, XL (48–50) UK 20–22, 2XL (52–54) UK 24–26 and 3XL (56–58) UK 28–30.
If you're between two sizes, take the larger. A garment that pulls tight across the hips draws the absorbent core away from the body, and the protection works less well.
Care
Rinse in cold water straight after use so odour doesn't set into the fabric. Then machine wash at 40°C with the rest of your laundry. Don't use fabric softener — it coats the fibres and makes the core less absorbent over time. Line dry; don't tumble dry, as it wears on the waterproof layer.
How many do you need?
Count on at least three to five pairs: one on, one in the wash and one in the drawer. If you change several times a day, or do laundry less often, you'll want more.

Frequently asked questions
How much do they hold?
That depends on how much you leak. Some people manage a full day in one pair, others change during the day. Try them at home for a day before using them on a longer outing or a journey.
Are they visible under clothing?
The gusset is thicker than on ordinary underwear; otherwise the garment looks normal. Under regular trousers or a skirt nothing shows, though the edge of the core may be visible under very thin or close-fitting leggings.
Which size should I choose?
The same as your usual underwear or trousers — sizes are in Scandinavian numbering, so S (36–38) is around a UK 8–10. If you're between sizes, take the larger; a garment that pulls tight draws the core away from the body.
Do they smell?
Rinse them in cold water as soon as you take them off and odour won't set into the fibres. If a smell lingers after washing, soak them in water with a little vinegar before the next wash.
Can I wear them overnight?
It depends on your needs. Try a night at home before relying on them — and bear in mind you lie still for longer than you walk, which puts different demands on the fit.
How long do they last?
Absorbency fades with washing and wear. If you notice they saturate faster than when they were new, it's time to replace them. Skipping the fabric softener extends their life noticeably.
UraFree is an absorbent textile garment. It does not treat incontinence, urinary tract infection or any underlying cause of urine leakage, and does not replace medical advice. If you have burning on passing urine, blood in your urine, a fever or flank pain, contact a doctor — this may be an infection requiring treatment. New, sudden or worsening leakage should always be assessed by a doctor or continence specialist. Keep out of reach of children.

Email kund@kvalio.se with your order number within 14 days of receiving your parcel, and we'll send you return instructions. You're welcome to open the packaging and examine the product just as you would in a shop. If it has been handled beyond that, we may deduct for any reduction in value.
You cover the cost of return shipping. As soon as the parcel reaches us, your money is back on the same payment method within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, products with a broken seal cannot be returned, and the same applies to special orders.
