Timilk VeinGuard Herbal Spray covers a whole calf in two presses, cools on contact and absorbs before you've pulled your trousers back on. With panthenol, glycerin, artemisia and gardenia.

Legs after a day that wouldn't end

Heavy calves. Feet that have swollen inside your shoes. That feeling of your legs being full of sand when you finally sit down.

Twelve hours in scrubs. A full day behind a counter. A five-hour flight where you never got out of your seat. You rarely notice during the day — it arrives in the evening, and then you want something cool, and you want it now.

Two presses, a whole calf

That's where the spray format wins. A cream has to be squeezed out, spread across your hand and then worked over the leg. Timilk VeinGuard covers a whole calf in two presses, and you can reach the back of the thigh and behind the knee without twisting round.

The cooling arrives within seconds. Not a shock of cold, more like laying your legs against a cool sheet — and it lingers for a good while after you've massaged it in.

Then it absorbs. No greasy film, nothing transferring to your trousers. That's what makes it usable mid-workday rather than only as an evening routine — you can use it in the staff bathroom and go straight back to your desk.

Four ingredients worth knowing

  • Panthenol (vitamin B5)
One of skincare's most widely used humectants, and a mainstay in products for dry and sensitive skin.
  • Glycerin
The most proven moisture binder there is. Holds water in the skin and softens the surface.
  • Artemisia extract
The mugwort family — one of the most talked-about ingredients in Korean skincare in recent years, and used in East Asian herbal tradition long before that.
  • Gardenia
Used in East Asian herbal tradition for centuries and a recurring feature of Asian skincare today.

The formula is plant-based with no added fragrance — the scent comes from the herbal extracts themselves.

  • ✓ Cools on contact
Felt within seconds, most clearly on freshly washed skin.
  • ✓ Two presses per calf
Nothing to spread by hand, no sticky fingers.
  • ✓ Absorbs in a minute
Trousers straight back on. Nothing transfers to the fabric.
  • ✓ Reaches where you can't
The back of the thigh and behind the knee without asking for help.
  • ✓ 30 ml, pocket-sized
Fits in a bag, a desk drawer or a wash bag.

The direction matters

The spray applies the product, but the movement is what turns those five minutes into something. Here's how to get the most from them:

  1. Spray onto clean, dry skin — two presses per calf is enough.
  2. Massage upwards, from the ankle towards the knee and on up the thigh. Always towards the heart, never downwards.
  3. Use the whole palm with some pressure, in unhurried strokes.
  4. Put your legs up for a while afterwards if you can.
  5. Repeat 2–3 times daily as needed.

The direction isn't a detail. Massaging towards the heart is standard practice in leg care, and it's the order physiotherapists and massage therapists work in.

When it comes out

  • Mid-shift — a couple of presses in the bathroom and straight back to work
  • On a flight — 30 ml clears security
  • After a run — calves and feet in one go
  • Warm summer evenings — when legs feel heavier than usual
  • As an evening routine — five minutes before bed

About varicose veins — what you should know

Varicose veins occur when the valves in the superficial leg veins no longer close properly, so blood pools and the vein widens. It's a condition within the vein itself, and no cream or spray affects it — including this one.

What does make a difference with venous symptoms is compression stockings, which support blood's route back up the leg. If you want to address the varicose vein itself, there are treatments through a clinician: sclerotherapy, laser and surgery.

See a doctor if the veins are tender or bleeding, if the skin around them turns brown or hard, or if you develop sores around the ankle that won't heal.

Worth knowing

Swelling in one leg only, sudden swelling, warmth or pain in the calf should always be assessed by a doctor — it can indicate a blood clot.

Patch-test before first use. Don't use the spray on broken skin, wounds or eczema, and avoid the eyes and mucous membranes.

Looking for something for that heavy-leg feeling?

Compression stockings are what support blood's route back up the leg, and they're the first choice for venous symptoms. Our PureStep compression socks use graduated compression of 15–20 mmHg. Plenty of people wear them during the day and use the spray in the evening.

14-day right of withdrawal

Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll help you with the return. Please note that sealed hygiene items can't be returned once the seal is broken. See the terms.

Frequently asked questions

How cool does it feel?

Like a pleasant coolness rather than a shock of cold — roughly like laying your legs against a cool sheet. It arrives within seconds and lingers a good while after you've massaged it in. Strongest on freshly washed skin.

Will it get rid of my varicose veins?

No. Varicose veins sit within the vein itself and aren't affected by anything applied to the skin. If you want to address them, there are treatments through a clinician — sclerotherapy, laser or surgery. This spray is for the feeling of heavy legs after a long day.

Does it mark clothing?

No, it absorbs in about a minute and leaves no greasy film. That's exactly what makes it usable mid-afternoon rather than only in the evening.

Can I take it in hand luggage?

Yes, 30 ml is under the 100 ml limit. A long flight is also one of the occasions it earns its keep most.

Can I use it under compression stockings?

Let the spray absorb completely first. Damp skin makes compression stockings considerably harder to get on, and residue can affect the fabric over time.

What's the difference from LegEase?

The format. Timilk VeinGuard is a spray that covers quickly and absorbs immediately — practical during the day and when travelling. LegEase is a cream that goes a long way and is made for a longer evening massage.

How long does a bottle last?

A couple of presses covers a calf, so 30 ml normally lasts several weeks with daily use on both legs.

Timilk VeinGuard is a cosmetic product for external use. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent varicose veins, venous insufficiency or any other condition. In the event of swelling in one leg, sudden swelling, pain or warmth in the calf, skin changes, or sores around the ankle that won't heal, consult a doctor. Patch-test before first use. Keep out of reach of children.
