The direction matters
The spray applies the product, but the movement is what turns those five minutes into something. Here's how to get the most from them:
- Spray onto clean, dry skin — two presses per calf is enough.
- Massage upwards, from the ankle towards the knee and on up the thigh. Always towards the heart, never downwards.
- Use the whole palm with some pressure, in unhurried strokes.
- Put your legs up for a while afterwards if you can.
- Repeat 2–3 times daily as needed.
