PURC Ginger Hair Oil with ginger, turmeric and tea tree. The dropper places it exactly where you want it — a few drops on the scalp or through the lengths, and the shine shows immediately.
Hair that's lost its shine
It shows most in daylight. The lengths look dull, the ends feel rougher than they used to, and your hair doesn't sit the way it did a year ago.
Blow-drying, colour, straighteners, hard water and sun all leave their mark on the outer layer of the hair shaft. And because hair isn't living tissue, it doesn't heal on its own.
A hair oil does something else. It settles as a thin layer around the shaft, evens out the surface and lets light reflect more uniformly. You notice it the first time you use it.
What to expect
Shine, immediately. A shaft with an uneven surface scatters light in all directions and looks dull. A shaft with an even surface reflects it together — that's what we perceive as glossy hair.
Softer lengths. The oil reduces friction between strands, which makes hair easier to comb through and less inclined to tangle.
Ends that look whole. Split ends can't be repaired — but the oil settles around them so they show considerably less. To be rid of them you need scissors.
A few minutes of scalp massage. The dropper lets you place oil straight into the parting, and those minutes with your fingertips against the scalp are, for many people, the best part.

How to use it
- Start with two drops. More is the most common reason hair ends up looking greasy.
- Through the lengths: rub between your palms and draw through the hair from ear level down. Avoid the scalp if your hair gets oily.
- On the scalp: drop straight into the parting, move the parting a few centimetres and repeat. Massage in with your fingertips for two minutes.
- Leave it in — either until your next wash, or for a few minutes before washing as a pre-treatment.
- Patch-test before first use.
If your roots get oily but your ends are dry, use the oil only from ear level down. That's where it's needed anyway.

Worth knowing
This oil contains tea tree and ginger. Both can cause a skin reaction in sensitive people — patch-test on the inner forearm and wait a day before using it on the scalp.
Don't use it on an irritated scalp, wounds or eczema. Avoid the eyes. Tea tree oil is toxic to dogs and cats — don't let pets lick hair or hands with oil on them. External use only.

Frequently asked questions
Will it make my hair greasy?
Only if you use too much. Start with two drops and add one at a time next go if needed. With fine hair, a single drop is often enough for the lengths.
Should it be washed out?
Either works. Through the lengths it can stay in as a leave-in in small amounts. On the scalp, many people prefer to leave it a while and then wash.
Does it fix split ends?
No — a split strand can't be joined back together. The oil settles around the ends so they show less and feel softer, but to be rid of them you need a trim.
What does it smell like?
Herbal and lightly spiced — ginger and tea tree are both distinct in the scent. It fades over the first few hours.
Can I use it on coloured hair?
Yes. The oil sits on the hair's surface and doesn't affect the colour. Many people find coloured hair looks duller, and that an oil makes the clearest difference there.
How long does a bottle last?
At two to three drops per use, 35 ml normally lasts several months, even with daily use.

Email kund@kvalio.se with your order number within 14 days of receiving your parcel, and we'll send you return instructions. You're welcome to open the packaging and examine the product just as you would in a shop. If it has been handled beyond that, we may deduct for any reduction in value.
